Top ten things - Packaging - inspiration
This packaging style is a lovely idea. Using a range of materials, to manipulate a food item appearance, to be used an a CD holder. Its an approach I can take, considering I've used several food items within my work. I could create, for instance, a cut, open orange could create the aesthetics of a CD holder, due it its round shape.
A very simple but effective way of holding a CD. ALthough I think this design wouldn't quite be appropriate for my CD, as its the only product which needs packing.

Top ten things - Packaging - Inspiration
I really like the impact this design has, its layout is certainly something I would like to achieve. I have a good amount of art work which can make a similar scene to the above. My colour palette will be very different due to the context and 'realness' and life like qualities my objects have. I like the simpleness of this DVD design, its very standard in shape, I could work with this, but make the interior more interesting.

I really like the layout of this piece and use of white space. Its a very simple design and uses colour well.

I really like the complexity of this piece, the way in which the packaging holds up the piece when opened. The colours and type I'm not too keen on, but the style and layout is a direction I could take with my piece. I could cut the card to look like some of my art work to be holding the cd up.

I really like the simpleness of this piece, using the cd as part of the artwork with simple illustration. I think if I get stuck for design ideas or time, its something I will do as I have the aesthetics within my idents.

I really like the simplicity of this cover, the idea of using simple black vectors is something I could do. Considering time, it would be quick for me to achieve a design like this.

Classification type CD packaging designed by Oussama Mezher. Its an Idea I could use, I could package my DVD like this, use using the one 'folder' among other image based folders. It could be a nice aesthetic quality, to have a image like archive to look at.
