Possible food to package and include within our picnic pack.
As we have decided to package dessert M&S food products, I felt it necessary to look up the products, to see prices, appeal, colour, range and selection. Another thing to consider is seasonal, we want to produce packs which are seasonal in regard to food products. I have yet to research the foods which come into seasonal, and when. Dessert I feel is a whole new area regarding season, so I feel theres a lot of primary research in regard to what desserts people eat throughout the year, other than the obvious (Winter // Christmas - Christmas pudding / cake)
Here I intend on finding products suitable for a range of seasons, working out individual prices of items in platters, and finding prices of single items. I will label them (regarding price) under the label 'Economy' or 'Luxury'. This will determine the price of hamper they will be placed in. We have yet to decided whether we are producing an alternative 'Luxury Hamper', but the option is there.
