Visual Language - Colour theory - Colour impact

A range of examples were colour is impacting on the design at hand:

This design is dependant on the spectral wavelength. It's attempting to re-create an effect which, prolonged looking at a computer screen, can make your sight blurred with an inability to focus. It's also giving a 3d like quality, considering red and blue are used within 3d glasses and images themselves to create such an effect. When looking at this image, there is an inability to focus due to the colour choice and layout of colour.

This image is made up on thousands of tiny triangles, only black and grey are used. But the way is which they have been presented and laid out makes our eyes view a non-existing blue 'tinge' to the design.
