Premium end wine packaging - Existing non-glass packaging design

I wanted to start looking at existing designs already out there, wine packaging which avoids using the use of glass, and instead something different, whether it be outside the standard 'wine bottle' shape, or a product which considers its waste, using recyclable materials.

The variation of sizes and orientation within this packaging design is something I particularly like and an important consideration, as wine comes in a range of measurements, so its suitable for a variation of people and occasions.

I initially approached this brief with the idea of a bag of wine, within a box, but this product, consisting of just a bag, works as a product on its own. I do like the novelty aspect but felt it would be inappropriate for what I want to achieve.
I would like to attempt to make a bagged wine a suitable and classy way to approach an ethological way to approach packaging wine.

I've seen these before within M&S and thought they were a fantastic idea, i could do something similar to this, but using more recyclable materials and of a larger scale and a range of liquid measurements.

I absolutely love this idea, the fact that you don't know what the product is, until its used. This is very appropriate as a gift to someone. This could fit into my idea of designing for occasion. Again, this doesn't really consider the environment so I would have to consider raw materials.

As pre-mentioned I like the idea of bagged wine, and here, as a product, they work on their own. Providing they stand up, and have a carry handle, they can be used in a range of contexts. If I want to push forward my dispensable wine idea, this style of packaging could be something I should consider.

Although very common, the idea of boxed wine could be something I look at. I would want to be slightly more creative with the design, shape and style.

I have never come across something like this before, but it's simply amazing; canned wine. Although I have concerns it may encourage binge drinking, by making wine more convenient and easier to take into a pubic place with you, the concept it brilliant. In the right context, like a club or bar scene, this is a dispensable machine would be brilliant.

Just a brilliant and quirky idea. The idea of one product becoming three is something I could consider. I would have to think carefully of how the packaging goes together and becomes water tight.

A commercial products on shelves now it this rather nice, fold over, bag style wine dispenser. Its nice, but nothing special and doesn't consider raw materials.
