Premium end wine packaging - Rewritten brief

The brief:
To produce a range of packaging for alcoholic beverages, which can be provided in a controlled and monitored vending machine with bars and clubs. The products will contain one individual drink, the packaging designed to avoid spillages. Consider how you could also tackle the idea of binge drinking and avoiding providing easier access to alcohol.

Considerations:
What will the quantities be?
What materials will be used?
How much will the items cost in comparison to the bar?
How will the products be dispensed from the machine? Dropped? Collected?

Ecological Considerations:
The packaging design needs to be ecologically considered, sustainable, reusable and recyclable. You need to consider how the products will be reused or recycled, will there be a system in place?

Background:
Its notorious within clubs that you queue a long time for a drink, and often get it spilt over you and spill it over others. You need to tackle this problem through designing packaging, and a surrounding idea.

Problem:

1. On a night out a lot of time is spent queueing for drinks
2. There is a poor quality of drinks in clubs
3. You often spill your drink down others due to over crowded bars
4. Binge drinking is on the uprise
5. Packaging for Alcohol needs to be more ecologically concerned

I intend to promote the idea of selling alcohol in resealable packaging

to a group of young people

that buying resealable drink from a vending machine is quicker, cheaper and easier, avoiding any accidents and spillages due to caps, lids and screw tops.

Solution:
To produce a range of ecologically considered packaging for alcoholic beverages, which can be provided in a controlled and monitored vending machine within bars and clubs. The products will contain one individual drink, the packaging designed to avoid spillages. I will tackle the idea of binge drinking by only providing the minimum standardised volume of alcohol per packaged item.

The product:

Ecologically considered packaging for alcoholic beverages

The range

A packaging design for a range of different alcohol, the choice being that most popularly served in a club / bar
Distribution / the context

To be sold within a controlled and monitored vending machine, a dedicated area away from the bar will locate the machine.
