Time line
I wanted to look at different ways in which a time line could be created as i'm unsure how to approach my idea visually.
Pie charts - a simple way of communicating data in a single confined space of a circle. I could represent someones lifespan showing how the amount of annual colds decreases over time.Using a clear key of colours and vectors appropriate to the content.
I like the idea of using very simple imagery to represent number in accordance to something. The below image shows how much water is in food / drink products. I could do something similar showing a young person VS an older person, one having more colds than the latter. This would be shown through a vectored key.
The below using a continuous line alongside vectors which represent the amount of time time an animal lives showing a range of species. I could take a similiar approach trying to represent the cold virus, using clear vectors along a continuos line representing time.
'Satisfaction'
Defining Satisfaction:
Contentment is 'acknowledgement and satisfaction of reaching capacity.' The level of capacity reached may be sought after, expected, desired, or simply predetermined as the level in which provides contentment.
Customer satisfaction, a business term, is a measure of how products and services supplied by a company meet or surpass customer expectation.
Hug in a mug advertisement, thinking of using the texture of the 'hugging creature' to create some hand rendered typography. Of to create an animal of the same nature to hug my hand rendered word. I could simply use the texture of furr to communicate the idea of being satisfied.
The below typeface is made from eye lashed, its the idea of using hair I'm intrigued by. I could use physical hair and shape it to an existing typeface as a bit of investigation.
Shaping the type face to something people think of as satisfying. A bit of primary research in order...
Creating something quite elaborate, although I will have to think about the intricacy and detail being too much for the small space available.
Again the idea of using something people find satisfying and forming it into an existing typeface. It could potentially be 3D.
