Good is...? - Eco friendly substrates and printing methods

As I want my products to be eco friendly as its inkeeping with my product, i looked at eco friendly printing techniques and case across the below site. They suggest such things as vegetable and soy inks, using recycled water and FSC paper.

OUR ENIVRONMENTAL COMMITMENT
It is our goal at Green Graphics & Printing to help preserve and restore the environment in every way possible within the printing industry.
All of our printing is done with soy/vegetable based inks. We ONLY carry recycled and FSC Certified paper. Our UV and Aqueous coatings are also unique in that they are water based (not petroleum based) so they contain very low to zero VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds) which are known to harm surrounding environments.
Becuase soy based inks are much easier to clean off when cleaning the presses, our press cleaners are non toxic. Did you know that 99% of press washes contain Ether and other extremely toxic chemicals! After learning about this, we made up our own using similar ingredients that you would find in normal eco household cleaners.
All of our shipping boxes are made from recycled paper and we re-use ALL of the boxes and containers that we recieve when products are shipped to us. So, if you're print job ever gets sent to you in a box of another company, you will know that you are a part of our box reuse program. If you have boxes of any size from previous printing jobs, please feel free to drop them by our office and we will reuse them.
We offset our electric and carbon emissions with 100% Wind-Powered Renewable Energy Credits (REC's) and Verified Emissions Reductions (VER) projects. By purchasing REC's and VER's we are addressing our electricity consumption and our carbon emissions, lessening our environmental footprint.
We donate a portion of our profits to several environmental conservation organizations including The Nature Conservancy, The Ocean Conservancy and the National Wildlife Federation.
The Nature Conservancy - the leading conservation organization working around the world to protect ecologically important lands and waters for nature and people.
We're proud of what we've accomplished since our founding in 1951:
  • We've protected more than 117 million acres of land and 5,000 miles of rivers worldwide — and we operate more than 100 marine conservation projects globally.
  • We have more than 1 million members.
  • We work in all 50 states and more than 30 countries — protecting habitats from grasslands to coral reefs, from Australia to Alaska to Zambia.
  • We address threats to conservation involving climate change, fire, fresh water, forests, invasive species, and marine ecosystems.
The Ocean Conservancy - promotes healthy and diverse ocean ecosystems and opposes practices that threaten ocean life and human life. Through research, education, and science-based advocacy, Ocean Conservancy informs, inspires, and empowers people to speak and act on behalf of the oceans. In all its work, Ocean Conservancy strives to be the world's foremost advocate for the oceans.
National Wildlife Federation's - mission is to inspire Americans to protect wildlife for our children's future. National Wildlife Federation (NWF) works with over 4 million members, partners, and supporters to actively educate, inspire, and promote achievable solutions to everyday Americans in communities from coast-to-coast. Our conservation work focuses on three major areas that will have the biggest impact on the future of America's wildlife:
1. Confront Global Warming
2. Protect and Restore Wildlife Habitat
3. Connect with Nature
